Official Benton County Contacts

Benton County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody or release status, release a person, post bond, or obtain an official booking record. Use the public offices below for those matters.

Benton County Official Routing

Use the agency that holds the specific record or custody information. The Benton County Sheriff’s Office operates the county jail, and the court or arresting agency may hold a different part of an event record.

Police and Booking Records

For a BCSO or Corvallis police report, use the shared BCSO and Corvallis Police Records Request form. The Sheriff’s services information says to allow five business days for police-report processing and that fees apply. No fixed fee is stated for a booking record or booking photograph, so request an estimate from the custodian rather than relying on a guessed amount.

Choose the Record Holder

A current BCSO custody question belongs with the Adult in Custody Roster or jail. A person released from BCSO custody during the prior 31 days may appear on the release report. For a case outcome, use the Oregon Judicial Department’s case and court-record finder. Oregon DOC’s Public Records Center is the separate route for eligible DOC records.

Emergency and Confidential Tips

For an emergency or immediate threat, call 911. For anonymous information about criminal activity or the whereabouts of a wanted person, use BCSO’s confidential TIPS line at 541-753-8477. The Sheriff’s TIPS page explains the official reporting route.
